Urges governments to enact legislation, adopt policies, and authorize appropriate funding to close the so-called “boyfriend,” “stalking,” and “ex parte” loopholes in firearms laws and regulations by prohibiting the purchase, possession, or receipt of firearms and ammunition by persons who commit domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking, and by requiring such persons to safely relinquish such firearms and ammunition.
