Check out two pieces that were developed by presenters at the Center’s 2018 National Conference on Professional Responsibility held in Louisville in June. Alberto Bernabe’s article on attorney-client matchmaking and for-profit referral services and Douglas Richmond’s work on lawyer liability for aiding and abetting a client’s misconduct are must reads. Bernabe teaches professional responsibility at The John Marshall Law School. Richmond is the Managing Director of Aon Professional Services Group.
