Section of Administrative Law & Regulatory Practice

The Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice is an important actual and virtual gathering place for lawyers practicing in every sector and serving in government and academia.  Regular participants in the Section’s activities and programs already know that the Section offers a vibrant community of scholars and practitioners who seek to explain and improve the functioning of administrative agencies so that they serve the public well.

2019 Section Nominations

Pursuant to Article IV,§ 1 of the Bylaws, the Nominating Committee of the ABA Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice, composed of Chair Renée M. Landers, and members Jane C. Luxton and Jacqueline M. Glassman, has made the following nominations for election at the Section’s 2019 Annual Membership Meeting. The meeting will take place on Saturday, August 10th, 2019 via teleconference from the ABA Annual Meeting in San Francisco, CA (meeting room TBD by the ABA), to the live meeting at the ABA Headquarters in Washington, DC.
