National Hispanic Heritage Month

The ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law, Attorneys of Color Affinity Group recognizes Section Member Salomon Chiquiar-Rabinovich for his lifetime commitment to advocating for lawyers with disabilities and other diverse attorneys throughout the legal profession. Salomon is the principal of the Law Office of Salomon Chiquiar-Rabinovich, where he manages a business immigration law practice and consults on organizational DEI matters. When he's not practicing law, Salomon graciously gives of his time to various bar associations. Having held various positions over the years, Salomon is currently the chair of the Hispanic National Bar Association Section for Attorneys with Disabilities and their Allies, founder and co-chair of the Boston Bar Association (BBA) Attorneys with Disabilities Committee, a BBA DEI Section Board member, and a member of the ABA Presidential Task Force to Combat Antisemitism and the AOC Affinity Group. Most notably, Salomon is a renowned published author who regularly writes about the challenges disabled attorneys face and how the legal profession can create more inclusive atmospheres for lawyers with disabilities.
