Are They Just Bad Apples?: Ethical Behavior in Organizational Settings
It’s easy to dismiss lawyers’ involvement in recent scandals as the work of a few "bad apples." But there’s more to it. The panel will examine social science research suggesting that psychological forces are at play leading honest people to make poor ethical decisions and explore the implications for structuring administrative and compensation systems in legal organizations.
