About the Conference
On May 30, 2007 experts in all areas of professional responsibility met in Chicago for three days of intensive seminars covering a wide range of issues including: The Duty to Report Lawyers’ Professional Misconduct; Embedded Data and Other Invisible Confidences; Model Rule 5.6 and the Regulation of “Forfeiture for Competition” Clauses; The Ethics of Aggregate Settlements; Investigators (and Lawyers) Gone Wild; The In-Firm Attorney-Client Privilege; Ethical Behavior in Organizational Settings; and Age- Related Impairment and the Lawyer Regulatory System. The ABA Michael Franck Professional Responsibility Award was presented during the Conference and the recipient honored at a special reception.
