Year after year, without fail, the best-attended and most highly rated presentations at ABA TECHSHOW® are the “60 Tips in 60 Minutes” sessions. These fast-paced presentations are packed with practical bite-size nuggets of information. A tip might show you a simple way to improve client service, manage your time or avoid an ethics trap.
