Children and Families
On 9/23/09, the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), announced a request for public comment on a proposed information collection which examines the effectiveness of Implementation Centers’ and National Resource Centers’ activities and service provisions and the relation of their training and technical assistance activities to organizational and systems change in state and tribal child welfare systems. On 9/23/09, ACF, HHS, announced a request for public comment on a submitted information collection, the Review of ACF Disaster Case Management Implementation Guide. On 9/7/09, the president issued two determinations stating that the furnishing of defense articles and defense services to the Maldives and to the Economic Community of Central African States will strengthen the security of the United States and promote world peace. FR 48361.
