On 2/10/09, the House passed HR 908, to amend the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 to reauthorize the Missing Alzheimer’s Disease Patient Alert Program.
On 2/10/09, the House approved HR 632, to encourage, enhance, and integrate Silver Alert plans throughout the United States and to authorize grants for the assistance of organizations to find missing adults.
On 2/10/09, the House debated HR 448, the Elder Abuse Victims Act of 2009, under suspension of the rules and postponed further proceedings. A letter from ABA Governmental Affairs Director Thomas M.
