The Livingston Hall Juvenile Justice Award Reception

Roxanna Gutierrez of Harlem, New York, and Stephen Harper of Dade County, Florida, have been selected as the winners of the 13th Annual Livingston Hall Juvenile Justice Award. The award will be presented on August 2 at a ceremony presided over by ABA President Jerome Shestack. The award was established to honor skillful and dedicated lawyers who have made outstanding contributions to the juvenile justice field.
