The Antitrust Law Journal (ISSN 0003-6056) is a peer-reviewed law review published three times each year by the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section as a service to its members and for the benefit of lawyers, economists, academics, agencies, and courts. The Journal publishes, among other things, original articles, comments, and essays on significant current issues of competition, consumer protection, and data privacy law.

The Journal welcomes submission of original articles not previously published elsewhere. Exclusive submission to the Journal is not required during the review process. Final publication decisions rest with the Executive Board of Editors. Student-written submissions will not be accepted. No compensation is paid for articles published.

Material published in the Journal does not express the views or positions of the American Bar Association or of the Antitrust Law Section unless that material has been adopted on behalf of the Association by the ABA House of Delegates or has been on adopted on behalf of the Antitrust Law Section by its Council and such adoption is specifically noted in the material.
The Journal is distributed regularly to members of the Antritrust Law Section. Institutions and individuals not eligible for membership in the ABA or in the Antitrust Law Section may obtain an annual subscription to the Journal for $75.00 ($85.00 for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. possessions, and foreign countries) or copies of individual issues for $30.00 each. Special rates upon request for copies to be used in law school classes may be offered by the Antitrust Law Section.
