To be a Sustaining Member, you must first be an ABA Member in good standing. Your Sustaining Membership contribution is for the 2024-2025 bar year and is separate and in addition to regular membership dues. Sustaining Membership status can be activated at any time and will expire on August 31st, 2025, with the option to contribute and become a Sustaining Member in the following bar year.

As a Sustaining Member you will be specially recognized on americanbar.org and receive a complimentary Sustaining Membership pin^* in appreciation for your extra financial commitment to the 2024-2025 bar year. Sustaining Members also receive an additional 20% off existing member pricing for publications in ShopABA.

*Complimentary Sustaining Membership pins are in appreciation for your support. Pins are available for pick up in-person at either the ABA Annual or Midyear Meeting.
