The Supreme Court’s June 2014 decision in American Broadcasting Companies v. Aereo made headlines, and certainly mattered a great deal to companies in the TV business. But in deciding the broadcasters’ case against Aereo, the Court set forth rules likely to have broader implications for companies outside the TV business, especially technology companies.

In this program, our esteemed panel will discuss:

    • The consequences of the Aereo decision for companies outside the TV business

    • The ways it could be helpful to copyright plaintiffs

    • The ways it could be helpful to copyright defendants
