This is a children's picture book with a target age range of 5 to 8 years old. The Many Faces of the Law was conceived as a series with the first subject being Senator Mazie Hirono. The others in the series may include Stephen Zack, Judge Michelle Childs and John Echohawk.
Mazie's manuscript tells the story of an immigrant child raised by a single mom. Like many immigrants growing up in a new country, she faces challenges of learning a new language, making friends and finding her purpose in life.
