In May 2020, a Texas state district court held the very first virtual jury trial in the country. We bring together the judge who handled all the technical requirements for this unique undertaking, as well as the lawyers for both parties and the presiding judge. Hear the panel share details of the surprising results of this “first in the nation” proceeding and offer thoughts on ways to effectively produce virtual trials in the future.
