This is an audio recording of the following non-CLE teleconference program, held on June 7, 2017:

Antitrust Enforcement in Argentina - A Talk with the Enforcers

At the end of 2015, Argentina introduced major reforms to its economic policies. Antitrust is at the forefront of the priorities of the new administration, with the introduction of new agencies, draft legislation, more antitrust investigations, faster merger reviews, and the use of new economic methodologies in the analysis of merger cases being among the changes. Please join us as the enforcers walk us through these and other developments and explain what’s next to come. This program will provide insights on the current regulatory environments as well as potential future developments in antitrust enforcement in Argentina. Our distinguished panel consists of four current government enforcers, who will share their first-hand experiences and shed light on the application of recent reforms.
