    Program Overview:
This webinar will provide a unique strategic preview of the arguments to be presented to the U.S. Supreme Court by EPA, the States, regulated entities, and NGOs on Monday, February 24, in "Utility Air Regulatory Group, et al, v. EPA" (UARG v. EPA). This landmark case will define the scope of the authority of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the federal Clean Air Act to regulate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from industrial facilities ("stationary sources") that emit GHGs under the Act's pre-construction PSD permitting program. This will also be the first opportunity for the Supreme Court to revisit EPA's authority to address climate change under the Clean Air Act since the Court's 2007 decision in Massachusetts v. EPA and its 2011 decision in AEP v. Connecticut. Please join the expert panel of speakers to hear this insightful preview of the arguments in this impactful Clean Air Act case.
