ABA Section of Environment, Energy and Resources hosts spring conference in Philadelphia

CHICAGO, March 20, 2025 — The American Bar Association will host the 54th Spring Conference on Environmental Law March 26-28 in Philadelphia. Hundreds of environmental lawyers, energy lawyers and leading environmental professionals will convene to discuss industry hot topics amid a new presidential administration.

Plenary sessions will focus on federal policy changes, the Clean Water Act, natural resource damage litigation, the increasing demand for electricity, the federal air toxics program, environmental criminal enforcement and the legal challenges and opportunities that stem from a changing climate.
