The Jan. 9 program will explore the art and science of strategies to build or enhance your network that are vital to any successful job hunt or business development strategy.

The Career Development series, which started in 2015, offers programs the second Thursday of each month geared toward new and mid-career lawyers, but even seasoned attorneys can find help with job search or planning for a career change. Topics have ranged from AI and the billable hour to how to become effective and noticed leaders.

The Career Center Board, which consists of legal career coaches, legal recruiters and practicing attorneys, develops webinar topics based on ABA member interests or current trends in the profession. The live webinars are free to the public, but the on-demand recordings and accompanying program materials are only available to ABA members on the Career Development series webpage.
