Judges court diverse law students at ABA Midyear Meeting 2024

Nearly a hundred students from 21 law schools around the country got an up-close-and-personal look at what it’s like to work as judicial clerks during the 2024 Judicial Clerkship Program at the ABA Midyear Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky.

Presented by the ABA Council for Diversity in the Educational Pipeline and the ABA Judicial Division, with the generous in-kind support from LexisNexis, the three-day intensive program is aimed at promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the profession by introducing the judges and diverse students who team up to explore legal issues, perform legal research, prepare legal briefs and defend their positions.

The students get an opportunity to make meaningful connections while getting a glimpse into the life-long benefits of a judicial clerkship.

The ABA Judicial Clerkship Program was held Feb. 1-3 at the ABA Midyear Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky.
