WASHINGTON, Feb. 16, 2023 — The American Bar Association Forum on Air & Space Law’s 2023 Washington Update Conference will be held Friday, Feb. 24, at the Waldorf Astoria Washington, D.C.
Joel Szabat, president of Aviation Strategies, Strongport Strategies, will give the morning keynote address at 8:10 a.m. David Pekoske, administrator of the Transportation Security Administration, will deliver the luncheon keynote at 12:15 p.m. in the Grand A Ballroom.
The conference will feature leading air and space law experts who will discuss recent infrastructure legislation, increasing attention by the Biden Administration on commercial aviation operational policies, the upcoming FAA Reauthorization Act, net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, optical communications, electric-power aircraft and airport-related issues.
