GPSolo division marks 60th anniversary with celebration during ABA Annual Meeting in Chicago

CHICAGO, Aug. 2, 2022 — The American Bar Association Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division will celebrate its 60th anniversary with a White Diamond party from 7-9 p.m. CDT at Rosebud on Randolph in Chicago on Friday, Aug. 5, during the ABA 2022 Annual Meeting.

In addition, the ABA Board of Governors approved a request at its June meeting to designate Monday, Aug. 8, 2022, as Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Day in honor of the anniversary. 

The celebration will be held at Rosebud on Randolph, 130 E. Randolph St., in downtown Chicago. This new flagship Rosebud restaurant, located just north of Millennium Park, features Italian fare and elevated steakhouse-style options.

Tickets are $60 and include heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks and DJ entertainment. Registration to the ABA Annual Meeting is required to attend this event and tickets can be purchased on the ABA Annual Meeting page.

With more than 21,000 members, the ABA Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division is committed to providing unique resources exclusively for solo, small-firm and general practitioners, who represent half of the nation’s lawyers.
