ABA Antitrust Law Section sends comments to Congress on innovation legislation

CHICAGO, May 4, 2022 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section has submitted comments to Congress on the American Innovation and Choice Online Act (S. 2992)

The views are presented only on behalf of the section. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
