WASHINGTON, Feb. 23, 2022 — The American Bar Association Forum on Air & Space Law’s 2022 Washington Update Conference will be held Friday, Feb. 25 at the Hotel Washington.
Laura Overton, general counsel and vice president at Allegiant Airlines, will give the opening keynote at 8:15 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. EST in the Grand Ballroom. The luncheon keynote speaker will be Katie Thomson, director of Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Implementation at the Department of Transportation, at 12:45 p.m. EST in the Freedom Room.
The conference will feature leading air and space law experts who will discuss airline and space regulatory and policy updates; the aviation legislative outlook under the Biden administration; orbital debris; and current airline litigation issues.
