CHICAGO, Jan. 6, 2022 — The American Bar Association Health Law Section submitted comments on the proposed rule issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) titled, “Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination,” and published in the Nov. 11, 2021, Federal Register (CMS-3415-IFC).
