ABA sections release comments on UK Reforming Competition and Consumer Policy

WASHINGTON, Oct. 5, 2021 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section and the International Law Section have jointly submitted comments on the United Kingdom government’s consultation paper on “Reforming Competition and Consumer Policy: Driving Growth and Delivering Competitive Markets That Work for Consumers.”

These views are presented only on behalf of the Antitrust Law and International Law sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
