ABA Antitrust Law Section releases comments on request for FTC rules on noncompete clauses

WASHINGTON, Oct. 4, 2021 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section has submitted comments concerning the petition of the Open Markets Institute and others (Petition) requesting that the Federal Trade Commission initiate a rule-making on noncompete clauses applicable to workers.

These views are presented only on behalf of the section. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
