Panelists will discuss how to follow and make the best use of the Vendor Contracting Project: Cybersecurity Checklist, Second Edition, a crucial resource for any lawyer negotiating vendor contracts on behalf of clients. They will also highlight what types of attacks come through third-party vendors, potential impacts, the duties and challenges companies face and more.
The program will be moderated by William R. Denny, partner at Potter Anderson Coroon LLP in Wilmington, Delaware, and include panelists Scott A. Bailey, partner at N1 Discovery in Troy, Michigan, and Leslie Thornton, retired executive at Southwest Gas Holdings in Las Vegas, Nevada.
