Annual 2021: Experts on restoring confidence in US elections

 Panelists offer answers to the question: “What should be done to ensure that the public has confidence in the electoral process and accepts the outcome?” during the ABA 2021 Hybrid Annual Meeting of the House of Delegates on Aug. 9.

The Issue of Concern Panel moderator Verna Williams, dean of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, is joined virtually by experts, including Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, political scientist Benjamin Ginsberg, former New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman, and Sylvia Albert, director of voting and elections for the non-partisan watchdog group, Common Cause.
