ABA Antitrust Law Section release comments on creation of sandbox for Greek market

WASHINGTON, Aug. 31, 2021 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section has submitted comments in response to Greece’s Hellenic Competition Commission’s proposal for the creation of a sandbox for sustainability and competition in the Greek market.

These views are presented only on behalf of the section. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
