ABA Antitrust Law Section comments on proposed N.Y. Donnelly Act Amendments

WASHINGTON, June 15, 2021 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section has submitted comments on the proposed Donnelly Act Amendments in New York Senate Bill S933A, Assembly Bill A1812A and Assembly Bill A3399.

These views are presented only on behalf of the Antitrust Law Section. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
