ABA Criminal Justice Section hosts webinar on white collar enforcement in 2021

WASHINGTON, March 1, 2021 — The American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section will host a webinar titled DOJ White Collar Enforcement: What to Expect in 2021 and the Coming Years on March 10.

Legal experts predict a surge in white collar enforcement under the Biden administration, with heightened activity in areas such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, anti-money laundering, False Claims Act and antitrust enforcement. This webinar will feature an informative discussion with some of the nation’s top white collar attorneys on what to expect as well as steps organizations can take now to address the anticipated surge in enforcement.
