ABA sections comment on Nigeria’s Consumer Protection Act Merger Review Regulations

WASHINGTON, Feb. 11, 2021 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law and International Law sections have submitted comments on Nigeria’s Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act Merger Review Regulations 2020.

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
