ABA sections comment on New Zealand’s revised cartel leniency, immunity policy

WASHINGTON, Feb. 26, 2021 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law and International Law sections have submitted comments on New Zealand Commerce Commission’s Revised Cartel Leniency and Immunity Policy under the Commerce Act.

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
