ABA section releases comments on FTC proposal on premerger notifications and reporting

WASHINGTON, Feb. 4, 2021 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section has submitted comments in response to the request for public comments on the Federal Trade Commission’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Related to Premerger Notifications and Reporting and Waiting Period Requirements.

These views are presented only on behalf of the Antitrust Law Section. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
