ABA Antitrust Law Section submit comments on FTC’s Hart-Scott-Rodino Rules

WASHINGTON, Feb. 2, 2021 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section has filed a response to the Federal Trade Commission’s request for public comments on 16 CFR Parts 801-803: Hart-Scott-Rodino Coverage, Exemption, and Transmittal Rules ANPRM; Project No. P110014.

These views are presented only on behalf of the Antitrust Law Section. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
