WASHINGTON, Dec. 28, 2020 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section and the International Law Section have jointly released comments on the Brussels, Belgium-based European Data Protection Board’s Recommendations on measures that supplement transfer tools to ensure compliance with the EU level of protection of personal data.
