ABA sections release comments on Peru’s draft guidelines on anticompetitive conduct

WASHINGTON, Nov. 20, 2020 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law and International Law sections have submitted joint comments in response to a request from the Peruvian Competition Authority on Indecopi’s Draft Guidelines on Actions for Damages on Behalf of Consumers as a Consequence of Anticompetitive Conduct.

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
