CHICAGO, Aug. 24, 2020 – The Judges’ Journal, a publication of the American Bar Association’s Judicial Division, has won a 2020 American Inhouse Design Award from Graphic Design USA for the cover of its spring 2020 issue on tribal law.
Articles in spring 2020 issue dealt with the role of ethics in tribal courts, codifying the rights of nature and expanding tribal court jurisdiction. The cover, which depicts a window into how judges can honor and incorporate the values of Indian Country into current legal practices., was designed by ABA staffer Mary Anne Kulchawik.
GDUSA’s American Inhouse Design Awards is the premier showcase for outstanding work by inhouse graphic designers and creative professionals. The winning cover will be featured in the GDUSA Inhouse Design Annual.
