ABA Section of Antitrust Law submits comments on Brazil’s draft guidelines on cartel fines

WASHINGTON, Aug. 12, 2020 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section has submitted comments in response to the request from the Brazilian Administrative Council of Economic Defense for Public Comments on the CADE Draft Guidelines on Cartel Fines.

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
