ABA Antitrust Law Section releases comments on France’s ‘Control of Concentrations’ guidelines

WASHINGTON, Dec. 6, 2019 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section has released comments regarding France’s Competition Authority daft of “Revised Guidelines for the Competition Authority on the Control of Concentrations.”

These views are presented only on behalf of the section. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
