ABA sections release comments regarding Japan’s fair trade merger guideline and policies

WASHINGTON, Nov. 8, 2019 — The American Bar Association sections of Antitrust Law and International Law have released joint comments regarding the Japan Fair Trade Commission Merger Guideline and Policies.

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.

The cover letter and comments, with versions in English and Japanese and dated Nov. 4, 2019, are available for review online.
