WASHINGTON, Oct. 16, 2019 — Virginia Solicitor General Toby Heytens will give luncheon remarks at the American Bar Association’s Government and Public Sector Lawyers Division Legal Skills Conference, Friday, Oct. 18, at 12:30 p.m. He will speak about the importance of public service.
Expert faculty will provide practical information and strategies for lawyers to sharpen their deposition, negotiation, interviewing, legal writing and ethics skills. Sessions will include opportunities to participate in exercises with faculty guidance.
