ABA Antitrust Law Section releases comments on EU Competition Law by National Courts

WASHINGTON, Oct. 28, 2019 — The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section has released comments regarding “Communication on the Protection of Confidential Information for the Private Enforcement of European Union Competition Law by National Courts.”

These views are presented only on behalf of the section. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
