ABA section releases comments on DOJ Antitrust Criminal Penalty Enhancement & Reform Act

WASHINGTON, June 3, 2019 — The American Bar Association sections of Antitrust Law has released comments regarding the U.S. Justice Department Antitrust Division Roundtable Discussion of the Antitrust Criminal Penalty Enhancement & Reform Act.

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
