ABA sections release comments on European Commission’s assessment of vertical agreements

WASHINGTON, May 28, 2019 — The American Bar Association sections of Antitrust Law and International Law have released joint comments in response to the European Commission’s consultation on the Current Regime for the Assessment of Vertical Agreements.

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
