ABA sections release comments on Chile’s proposed merger notification regulations

WASHINGTON, May 10, 2019 — The American Bar Association sections of Antitrust Law and International Law has released joint comments on “The Proposed Revisions to the Chilean Merger Notification Regulations.”

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
