CHICAGO, Feb. 12, 2019 — The American Bar Association Health Law Section submitted comments on the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Civil Rights, Request for Information on Modifying HIPAA Rules to Improve Coordinated Care, 83 Fed. Reg. 64302.
The comments were approved by the section’s council on Feb. 7 and submitted to the CMS on Feb. 11.
