Annual Meeting 2018: Lawyers analyze #MeToo, Time's Up impact on workplace sexual harassment

A federal judge and three female lawyers--a corporate HR counsel, a victim of sexual assault and the co-founder of Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund--address implications of the #MeToo and Time's Up movements on the legal workplace in a discussion with ABA President Hilarie Bass.

The ABA program, “#MeToo, Time’s Up—Sexual Harassment in the Workplace,” was held on Aug. 2 at the association’s Annual Meeting in Chicago.
