ABA sections release joint comments regarding proposed revisions to UK guidance

WASHINGTON, Sept. 28, 2017 — The American Bar Association Sections of Antitrust Law and International Law have released joint comments “Regarding the Proposed Revisions to the UK Guidance as to the Appropriate Amount of a Penalty.”

These views are presented only on behalf of the sections. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
